Trying To Catch Up!

Being back home is always so good yet a bit of a shock.
I am trying to get back into the routine!

Family Time

We are enjoying some family time as we make our way back to Canada.  Not looking forward to being COLD but it will be nice to sleep in our own beds!  This morning we visited the state capitol building.  Here are the kiddies in their Easter gear.  It will most likely be too cold to wear these outfits in Kelowna on Easter so I dressed them up today and got a few pictures!

Micro Machine Mania

Caleb had the best time playing Micro Machines with Grandpa Russ. My brother has the worlds largest collection of Micro Machines. (Eric- don't worry we are being really really careful with thim!!) My Mom pulled them out of storage and made Caleb's month when she opened the box! Caleb was in little-boy-with-4-sisters-heaven when Grandpa came over and played "guy stuff" just with him!

Let's Go Fly A Kite

The kids had a blast flying kites at the park. I was impressed how well they did with no instructions! Here's Mailee flying the fish kite. Twenty minutes after this, she flew the turtle kite into the trees.

Second Generation Friends

Tonight I took the kids over to Erin and Dave's for dinner. Jen and Tanner came as well. Erin Jen and I are 3 of 5 best friends who have been close since junior high/high school. (We were missing Courtney and Gretch:) It was so great to eat a meal with these old friends. We lined our kids up on the couch and got this cute photo.

We are having a fantastic time on our trip.
It is amazingly hot and beautiful here in Fresno.
The kids love being here.
The shopping is good.
There are so many people that we love here.
We miss Mike!!!

Cait's New Game

So Caity Bear plays a little game with us and her toys in her crib...

Maddie's party is over.  I guess it's time to take down the balloons and clean up the pile of packages!
